Frequently Asked Questions

We are wholly New Zealand owned, and our main office and warehouse are located in Lower Hutt, Wellington. 

Some of our products are manufactured in our Lower Hutt facility in New Zealand. We also have state of the art manufacturing facilities in Asia where renewable plant materials are readily available. 

Unlike other suppliers, we offer free shipping for all orders in New Zealand excluding Rural areas. 

If we receive your order before 3pm on a working day, it will be dispatched that evening. Any orders received after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. 
Most orders to the North Island will be delivered overnight, and most orders to the South Island will be delivered within 2-3 days. It will take longer for Rural areas.
We email tracking updates for all orders so you can keep track of your delivery.
